There is fully equipped gym on the 1sy floor of the hotel (access with extra fee, from 5€ for gym session only). There are in cardio vascular and resistant equipment as well as a free weights area, with expert tuition being offered.

There is also indoor pool with 3 power jets, a hydro-massage area, gentle lighting, and new poolside showers.

Exercise classes between Monday to Friday (Power Dumbell, Stretch, Spinning, Step, Pilates, Cardio Combat and Batuka). Programmes are subject to change. Sunset Beach Club Hotel also offers activities in collaboration with Boyds Gym to design a Fitness Holiday.
